PP material is a white translucent linear polymer with no side chains and high density. It has good oil resistance and weak acid and alkali resistance. It has good overall performance and is often used in homes, barrels, basins, and bottle caps.
(1) The interior of the pp material is made of high-purity propylene as the main material, including a small amount of ethylene copolymer. After drying, mixing, extrusion, granulation, screening and homogenization, it becomes polypropylene particles. The particles are cylindrical. The particles are very smooth without any mechanical impurities. They have good mechanical properties and heat resistance and are non-toxic when used in the temperature range of minus 30 degrees Celsius to 140 degrees Celsius.
(2) PP material has high strength and elasticity, is resistant to chemicals, is resistant to collision, and is resistant to high temperatures of 100 to 120 degrees Celsius. It can be heated in a microwave oven, but it is prohibited to use recycled products to contain food. It is commonly used in plastic lunch boxes, water cups, and food packaging boxes. Products such as these are all made of PP materials.
